I
had problems selling off my the Sail @ Marina Bay for at least 6months.
After a discussion and Lawrence had explained to me very clearly how does
this market works. After hearing Lawrence plan but i still insist on
"Open Listing" to all agents which i believe in whom ever fetch me the
highest price. 2 weeks later i found out was alot of unprofessional
agents whom was using my unit as "Bait" and made Lawrence potential

After serious

and was SOLD at the Highest Transacted Price !!! I should trust lawrence
on much earlier stage and might got even better price.

had viewed lots of units for the past 2 months, after we met Lawrence whom gave us lots of good pointers about purchasing

In
Order to get the best possible price, the only key is "Speed"
(Lawrence'stagline) When we first reached singapore, we had a very bad
experience with the Owner (Landlord) due to a irresponsible agent.
Luckily, we met both janice & Lawrence, their speed was imagzing! We
managed to find another place in a very good rental just in a day !.
Even Movers they provided to us as well. They had done a great speedy
job! Just in time for everything done before the christmas season...

Even our
flat wasn't sell thru Lawrence, but he still gave me his precious time to
make the effort to explain to us clearly on how we shall handle our
sale, due to our part time inresponsible agent that handle our sale of
flat half way thru. I am glad we met him . My wife & i really would
like to say Big Thanks to him for being such a patient and
caring consultant to us.
